Ingredienti:
1 uovo
1 pizzico di sale
1 bicchiere di zucchero bianco
mezzo bicchiere di olio di semi di mais
2 espressi
3 bicchieri di farina 00 di grano tenero
mezza bustina di lievito per dolci
In forno a 180 gradi per 13/15 minuti

GELATO AL CAFFE’ SENZA LATTE CONDENSATO
Una ricetta facilissima per realizzare il gelato al caffe’ cremosissimo senza latte condensato e senza gelatiera.
INGREDIENTI:
5ooml di panna zuccherata da montare
180gr di zucchero bianco
1 pizzico di sale
1 espresso
mezzo bicchiere di latte freddo (30 minuti in freezer)
3+2+1 cucchiaini di caffe’ solubile deve essere versato poco per volta,(3+2+1)
mezzo bicchiere di zucchero bianco

CAFFE’ DALGONA
la ricetta del caffe’ cremoso come al bar,una ricetta facilissima e velocissima da realizzare ,da non perdere.
Ingredienti:
3 cucchiaini di caffe’ solubile
2 cucchiai di zucchero bianco
3 cucchiai di acqua bollente
PS: Creata la crema se volete dopo potete aggiungere piu’ zucchero in base ai vostri gusti.
