200 ml di latte fresco intero
240 gr di zucchero semolato
100 ml di caffè espresso
8 gr di caffè istantaneo
9 gr di glucosio
500 ml di panna fresca

Meringa
150 gr di albume
300 gr di zucchero semolato
2 cucchiai di succo di limone
Qualche goccia di aroma di vaniglia

Coffee ice cream
0.8 cup (200 ml) of fresh whole milk
1 cup (240 gr) of caster sugar
7 tbsp (100 ml) of espresso coffee
2 tbsp (8 gr) of instant coffee
1 tbsp (9 gr) of glucose
500 ml of fresh cream

Meringue
4 (150 gr) egg whites
1.5 cups (300 gr) of caster sugar
2 tbsp of lemon juice
A few drops of vanilla flavor
